With space to sleep 14, across 6 en suite bedrooms this home is perfect if you want to accommodate a multi-generational family or more than one group of friends under one roof.
This residence offers two private beaches, one facing north and one facing west offering spectacular sunsets.
A heated swimming pool looks out over the water, as does the spa pool and sauna. There is also space to land a helicopter and a boat docked on its own private jetty.
In addition, there is a seperate, self contained 3 bedroom house available on site to accomodate staff.

Somewhere offers complete privacy afforded by its remote location – being a geographical private island, combined with easy road access, across a wooden bridge. The property is just 20 minutes’ drive from Kerikeri Airport, which is just a 50-minute flight from Auckland International Airport.
Landing at the property by private helicopter or seaplane offers an even better opportunity to take in the awe-inspiring archipelago from the air. With a private jetty, guests can arrive to and explore the Bay by boat with 144 islands to visit as well as world class dolphin watching, and abundant fishing and diving.
